1. Order Confirmation
All orders placed on Dubai4Africa.com are considered confirmed once:

Full payment is received, or

A deposit is paid and an invoice is issued.
Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun with the supplier, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Any supplier, bank, or administrative fees already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped (by sea or air), cancellation is no longer accepted. Shipping charges, freight, customs, and logistics fees are non-refundable once booked.
3. Returns
Due to international sourcing and shipping logistics, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Wrong item supplied

Major manufacturing defect

Damaged during transport
To submit a return claim, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt

Incomplete evidence may result in the return being denied.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
If goods arrive damaged or defective:

Retain original packaging for inspection
We will coordinate with the supplier and shipping company. Approved resolutions may include:

Partial refund

Credit note
Final resolution is subject to supplier and insurance policies.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance or discounted items

Perishable or consumable goods

Electrical or mechanical items that have been installed, used, or tampered with

Hygiene products once the seal is broken
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after final approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer, at the discretion of Dubai4Africa.com.
Note: Bank or intermediary charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Shipping, Customs & Clearing Fees
Shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, clearing agent fees, and related expenses are non-refundable once paid, even if a return is approved.
Customers are responsible for all import taxes and clearance fees in the destination country.
8. Warranty
Where applicable, products may include the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, and does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
To claim warranty:
